Returns and Exchanges:

As a small operation, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges at this time. Please ensure all items are FINAL SALE before purchasing.

Damaged Items:

All shipments are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. However, if your item arrives broken, please contact us with photos at hello@mydogbarks.com within 72 hours of receiving your item. We cannot assist with damaged items reported outside of this 72-hour window. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
